Refund Policy

At Astrochant, we are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience for online pooja services and astrology consultations. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully to ensure clarity on our procedures.

1. Cancellations

You may cancel your online pooja or astrology consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. To cancel, please reach out to our customer service team at info@astrochant.com  with your booking details.

Cancellation Fees:

  • If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, no refund will be issued, but you may reschedule the service for a later time.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy applies.

2. Refunds

Refund requests are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Service not rendered: If a scheduled pooja or astrology consultation is not provided due to technical issues or any fault on our part, we will offer a full refund or allow you to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • No-show by service provider: In the unlikely event that the astrologer or pooja priest does not attend the session as scheduled, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 5–10 business days depending on the payment processor.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for:

  • User dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the pooja or astrology session, but the service has been rendered as requested, no refund will be issued.
  • Missed appointments: If you fail to attend a session without prior cancellation, no refund will be given.
  • Completed services: Once a pooja or consultation has been completed, no refund can be requested.

3. Process for Cancellations or Refunds

To cancel or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@astrochant.com with your booking details.
  2. Provide a clear explanation of your reason for cancellation or refund request.
  3. If applicable, provide supporting evidence (e.g., missed service, technical issues).

4. Special Offers & Promotions

Refunds are not applicable for services purchased as part of a special promotion or discounted offer unless specified in the promotional terms and conditions.

5. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via email or updated on our website. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically for the most current information.
